DIVIK APARTHOTEL – GUEST POLICIES & HOUSE RULES
Welcome to Divik Aparthotel.To ensure a safe, comfortable, and peaceful stay for all guests, we request everyone to kindly follow the below policies and house rules.
1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.Valid Government-issued Photo ID is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
2. Visitor Policy
Outside visitors are allowed only after prior approval from the Front Desk.Visitor entry may be restricted after certain hours for security reasons.The hotel reserves the right to deny entry to unauthorized visitors.
3. Noise & Music Policy
Loud music, parties, and any kind of disturbance are strictly prohibited after 10:30 PM.Playing music at high volume inside rooms, balconies, corridors, or public areas is not permitted.Management may request immediate reduction of noise levels or terminate the stay without refund in case of repeated complaints.
4. Liquor & Smoking Policy
Consumption of liquor/alcohol is strictly prohibited in public/common areas including lobby, corridors, parking, restaurant, and open common spaces.Guests consuming alcohol inside rooms must do so responsibly and without disturbing other guests.Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and indoor public areas.Any violation may attract cleaning charges and penalties.
5. Restaurant Timings
The hotel restaurant operates till 11:00 PM.Last order timing may be earlier at management discretion.Outside food delivery may be restricted in certain areas.
6. Damage & Loss Policy
Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to hotel property, furniture, appliances, linen, décor, or fixtures during their stay.Charges for damages, excessive dirt, or missing items will be billed directly to the guest.Management reserves the right to recover repair/replacement costs immediately.
7. Pet Policy
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from hotel management.Guests bringing pets must ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.Any damage or disturbance caused by pets shall be the responsibility of the pet owner.Certain areas of the hotel may remain restricted for pets.
8. Illegal Activities
Any illegal activity, prohibited substances, gambling, misconduct, or suspicious behavior is strictly prohibited.The hotel reserves the right to inform local authorities if required.
9. Safety & Security
Guests are advised to keep valuables secured.The hotel shall not be responsible for loss of cash, jewelry, electronics, or personal belongings.Dangerous items, weapons, or hazardous materials are not allowed inside the property.
10. Parking Policy
Parking is subject to availability and at owner’s risk.The hotel is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of vehicles or belongings kept inside vehicles.
11. Housekeeping & Maintenance
Housekeeping timings shall be as per hotel schedule.Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside rooms and apartments.
12. Rights of Admission Reserved
Management reserves the right of admission.The hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation or services to any guest for misconduct, violation of hotel policies, inappropriate behavior, intoxication, safety concerns, or non-compliance with hotel rules.Management decisions regarding safety, discipline, and operational matters shall be final.
13. Policy Amendments
